Did you know you can calculate
range to target using the SAI RAF reticle? The Vertical Subtention Optical
Rangefinder (VSOR) brackets a 30in (76 cm) vertical distance at various
ranges. The appropriate hold-over stadia is then used to engage the target.

This example shows a target at
300m.

In this example, the VSOR
indicates that the target is at 600m.
The 600m hold-over stadia is then used
to engage the target.
